    With a 20+ year career working with some of the world's leading product and service organisations, I'm equally happy coaching agile teams, presenting product strategy to PE boards, or delivering keynotes on product / service best practices.

    My approach is user centric, whilst also being able to work with and lead technical teams. I identify assumptions early and find the quickest and cheapest way of testing them before commiting larger investment.

    I focus on ruthless prioritisation, getting the right team in place, bringing clarity where there is complexity, building and communicating the case for change and understanding the need to be both in the detail and strategic at the same time.

    Having delivered global digital transformations and innovation labs for well-known brands and governments for over 20 years, I'm a safe pair of hands to manage strategy and delivery. I balance a focus on commercial impact and speed with the use of design thinking, service design, systems thinking and organisational change methods.
